I met up with Gavin and Steve at the Western Arms. By the time we left we had 8 Tvrs in our convoy to Kersey. 3 griffs, 1 Chimaera 2 Tuscans 1 Tamora and a Vixen.
Gavin led the way using B roads which made a lovely winding route through Essex avoiding the chaos on the A12. In front of me was Doug in his 1969 Vixen 1600cc, I was amazed he kept up with us with our V8s.
We arrived and parked alongside the entrance road. It was a perfect spot for showing off our Tvrs to everyone as they drove in. A couple more arrived from Suffolk group and we had 15 Tvrs lined up.
The weather was amazing for mid April, brilliant sunshine. Fred and myself went for a walk around the other clubs, there was an interesting mix of veteran, vintage up to modern classics.
Well worth the visit. Thanks to everyone that attended.
